Abstract Submission Guidelines
Please read the following guidelines before submitting an abstract.
Submission Guidelines:
- Before submitting the abstract, the presenting author shall ensure that all co-authors are aware of the abstract contents and agree to its submission.
- Abstracts must be submitted online via the official IRICEEA website.
- Only the individual identified as the presenting author will receive email notifications regarding the submission and all communications thereafter.
Note: The email used for the individual indicated as the presenting author during the abstract submission process must also be the same email used for the presenter during their registration process.
- By submitting an abstract, the author agrees that it may be published in any format that the IRICEEA Organizing Committee deems appropriate, including but not limited to digital publications on the website and printed publications for onsite participants.
- Please do not submit multiple copies of the same abstract.
Abstract File Guidelines:
- Abstracts must be submitted in English with correct grammar and spelling that meets publication and ethical standards.
- The abstract submission shall include the title of the research and authors.
- To facilitate the identification of key information during the review process, the Abstract Text must contain a maximum of 300 words and structured to briefly contain the following:
- Background
- Objectives
- Methods
- Salient Findings
- Conclusions
- This is followed by a maximum of 5 keywords separated by a comma and arranged alphabetically.

- Email Confirmation
After submission, you will receive an email confirmation that your submission has been received. Please contact us if you have not received confirmation that your abstract has been submitted.
- Committee Review
The IRICEEA Abstract Screening Committee will review the submitted abstract according to the set guidelines and evaluation criteria.

You will receive an email notification regarding the results of the review starting October 18, 2024.
